Terry and Nick recently completed our new kitchen and we have nothing but praise for them.   It looks fantastic and is now a pleasure to work in.  They are both super efficient at whatever they do and will not go home until they are happy with the end result.  Together with their electrician, they are a pleasure to have around and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.   John and Jane Dutton.

Having purchased a bathroom from New Wave in Kidderminster, we asked Kevin at New Wave if he could recommend someone to fit it? The answer was swift and precise you need to ring Terry. The phone call was duly made and a very polite man (Terry) arranged to price the job for us. It is not very often at all that I feel the urge to write a review but, I think you have to give credit where it is due. Both Terry and Nick are very skilled, polite and conscientious. The quality of their work and the speed at which they work is truly exceptional. I have recommended them to a number of my customers who have used them and have all been extremely pleased with their work. These two lads are a rare find. I have no hesitation in fully recommending them to anyone.

Terry and Nick re-built a shower unit in our son's ensuite lowering the height of the floor some 6". They did a terrific job and we have to say their levels of cleanliness in work were exceptional. There was little dust or debris leaving us next to no cleaning required. They were left in the home all day locking up when they left for the evening, are totally trustworthy even to the extent of providing their own milk for the coffe we left them. Best workmen we have employed for a long time.

 

We would highly recommend Terry and Nick. They are extremely hard-working and professional and transformed 4 bathrooms for us as well as putting in a new central heating system. The standard of their work is excellent and they are a pleasure to have around the house.

 

Exceptionally good workers. Very tidy and good timekeepers. We were very pleased with the end result in our ensuite. Very helpful suggestions and even entertained the grandchildren!! Would recommend Terry and Nick to all, as long as you can provide coffee and cake.

 

Tmaintenance were recommended to us by New Wave Bathrooms when we wanted to upgrade our bathroom. They carried out the work in a thoughtful and considerate way. They even corrected an existing fault in our drainage system which they discovered. They wasted no time each day that they were here. Hard working with a good attention to detail. All of which has created a beautiful bathroom which we are delighted with.

 

T Maintenance have done many jobs for me this year. They really do cover alll aspects of home and garden maintenance.

Terry & Nick were reccomended to us by New Wave Bathrooms & proved to be worthy of this. They were always on time, clean & tidy providing a professional result on upgrading our bathroom with a new built in toilet and basin, with a new Karndean floor. Their response to sorting out a couple of minor problems was prompt.You can feel confident of a good job if they are involved.

 

We do not often - if ever give top marks for anything, however on this is one time were it is due. The guys do what "it says on the box". They turned up for appointments on time and were very professional in thier work. They took on board thoughts we had and made suggestions which improved our initial ideas. The quality of the end result is superb.They are exceptionally clean workers and we left them to it on several days whilst we were out.We would not hesitate to recommend them. NOTE. Nick takes one sugar and Terry none in coffee - home made cake improves thier flagging spirits late on in the working day!

 

We would not hesitate to recommend Terry and Nick, and couldn't have chosen better people to do our downstairs shower room. Terry and Nick were very hard working, conscientious, easy to get on with and most importantly did a fantastic job! We were recommended TMainenance through New Wave Bathrooms and if, like we were, you are a bit concerned about paying a daily rate rather than a fixed price, do not be. They work ALL day without a lunch break (although I assume they must eat sometime?!) and definately provide value for money. Looking forward to having them back to do our main bathroom done later in the year!

 

Terry and Nick did a brilliant job for us - 2 ensuites. Always helpful and willing to give good advice. The workmanship is excellent - they have transformed two old and leaky rooms into real luxury.

 

Terry & Nick have done a superb job of our en-suite. The level of finish and attention to detail is excellent. They removed all the old kit (including ceiling and walls!) from the furthest most room in the house to the front door without damage or dirtying the rest of the house.
Great guys to have around, though they can consume coffee at a rare rate of knots.

They will be back in the summer to do another bathroom.

We recommend them to our friends so have no hesitation to recommend them to the wider world.

We asked Terry to do the job for us having seen elsewhere the high quality of his work. We needed to convert a tiny
bathroom into a shower room for a disabled person. Terry's
advice was practical, given in a helpful, understanding and friendly way. The work was cleanly and professionally
carried out. The result was absolutely perfect and carried out well within his
very reasonable estimate

 

Terry and Nick have been amazing! They have fitted our bathroom, kitchen and done all our tiling. Nothing fazes them, even when I "lost" the design/measurements for the kitchen! My mum has been so impressed she is booking them next year for some work on her house.... says it all!!!! Thanks both

 

So glad Gary at New Wave Bathrooms recommended Terry & Nick to do our bathroom extension. The first four days were horrendous with unexpected work involving the ceiling having to be replaced and the walls restructured but they didn't get frustrated, they just got on with it in a totally professional manner and this is their approach to everything. They were patient, listened to what we wanted and worked extremely hard to help us achieve it. They arrive on time, clean up at the end of each day and were a pleasure to have around. They did above and beyond what was expected and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. They did a fantastic job and we now have the Victorian style bathroom we had always wished for. Terry and Nick did a superb job on fitting a wet room/bathroom. Arrived on day and time stated and then at 8am daily until the job was finished. Were very clean, tidy and cheerful workers with a 'can do' attitude to problem solving. Came back promptly a couple of weeks later to fit the sink which took some time to arrive. Thank you and we will certainly recommend you.

 

Just had a refit of my very tired en-suite shower and washbasin. Terry and Nick put right all of the "bodged" jobs they found from the previous fitter. They also overcame a problem with the size of shower door ordered and fitted it so you would think it was talior made for the shower! They also put right the flooring in my son's en-suite which had only been down six months and was cracked and looked horrendous. They arrive on time, have a smile on their faces, lay down dust sheets, take their shoes off when they walk in the door and clean up after themselves. Looking forward to the refit of our bathroom after December. Thanks to Kevin at New Wave Bathrooms for the introduction - so nice to find workmen you can trust and suggest unusual things you would not have thought of.

 

Terry and Nick have now done 3 jobs for us - fitted 2 showers and sorted out a separate plumbing problem. On each occasion they have been professional and very lovely to have in the house. This is really important to me to have people with whom I can feel comfortable when they are in my home. Highly recommended! Thank you.

 

Nick and Terry have now done 2 major projects for us. The first a complete refurb of bathroom and toilet was a real challenge as the tiles we chose were really heavy and caused the lads major problems. Whatever they thought they kept a smile on their faces and after a couple of late finishes and lots of coffee managed to get us tidy for Christmas.

The latest project to create a utility, toilet and store room out of our garage and refence the garden was achieved with equal goodwill, high quality (from them and all their colleagues) and good advice to avoid us making silly decisions. They even took a bit off a door that has been sticking for ages without being asked... how's that for service?
We will go back to the boys again for future work. It is really good to feel that you can just leave somone to get on with things, feeling confident to have them in the house.
